The Name Behind the Mission
L.E.N.A is more than an acronym. It is a name — a person — whose life and loss became the reason this organization exists. Lena was a patient, a fighter, and a reminder of what is at stake in every clinical trial: a human being waiting on the other side of the science.
She navigated a system that, despite the brilliance of its researchers, often felt cold, fragmented, and indifferent to the person at its center. She deserved better. Every patient does.
When we founded L.E.N.A Clinical Intelligence Group, we made a promise: that every FSP engagement we deliver, every contractor we place, every CRO and Sponsor we partner with would carry her spirit forward. Compassion is not a soft skill here — it is the operating principle.

Samuel brings deep expertise in data science and clinical analytics to the foundation of L.E.N.A. His work bridges the gap between complex clinical data and the intelligent systems that help CROs and Sponsors make faster, more confident decisions — always in service of the patients waiting on the other side.
Nicole Ventura
MBA · LPN · CCRA
Nicole brings a rare combination of clinical bedside experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse, research expertise as a Certified Clinical Research Associate, and strategic leadership through her MBA. She built L.E.N.A to be the organization she wished had existed — one that honors the patient in every protocol.
