Credentialing & Vetting
We verify your credentials, certifications, and experience. For raters and eCOA specialists, this includes a clinical assessment. This step protects the integrity of the network and the trials you will support.
Matched to the Right Role
When a CRO or Sponsor engagement matches your profile, we reach out with the details — trial type, therapeutic area, timeline, and location. You decide whether it is the right fit. No pressure, no surprises.
Supported Throughout
Once placed, you are not on your own. L.E.N.A provides ongoing support, clear communication with the site or sponsor team, and a direct point of contact for anything that comes up during the engagement.

Specialties We Are Actively Recruiting
Clinical Research Coordinators
CRCCRCs with experience across therapeutic areas — oncology, CNS, rare disease, cardiovascular. Site-based and remote roles available.
Clinical Research Associates
CRAOn-site and remote CRAs for monitoring, site qualification, initiation, and close-out visits. ICH-GCP certified required.
Translational Raters
RaterTrained and certified raters for CNS, neurology, and psychiatry trials. Experience with PANSS, MADRS, ADAS-Cog, UPDRS, and other validated scales preferred.
eCOA & ClinRO Specialists
eCOAProfessionals experienced in electronic clinical outcome assessment implementation, patient training, and data integrity for eCOA/ClinRO/PerfO endpoints.
Biostatisticians & Programmers
DataSAS, R, and Python programmers; biostatisticians with clinical trial experience; CDISC/SDTM/ADaM standards expertise strongly preferred.
Clinical Data Managers
CDMEDC specialists across Medidata Rave, Veeva Vault, REDCap, and Oracle Clinical. Data review, query management, and database lock experience.
What We Look For
The L.E.N.A Standard
We hold our contractor network to a high standard — not because we are rigid, but because the work demands it. Every contractor we place represents L.E.N.A to a CRO or Sponsor, and more importantly, to the patients in those trials.
Verified Credentials
Active certifications (CCRA, CCRC, CCRP, or equivalent) and documented GCP training within the last two years.
Relevant Experience
Minimum two years of hands-on clinical research experience in your specialty. Therapeutic area depth is a strong differentiator.
Professionalism & Reliability
Strong references, a history of completing engagements, and a reputation for clear communication with sites and sponsors.
